To create a space hovering between dream and memory that blends seamlessly with post-production visuals, we conducted extensive art direction. I collected real fallen leaves and flowers for set dressing, using their natural decay as key visual textures, while distressing props to soften the boundaries of reality. To embed illustrations into this physical realm, I transformed prints into tactile props by cutting and burning acrylic sheets mixed with lace, arranging them within a plastic-wrapped room. Projection mapping was used to cast river currents and colored shadows, adding fluidity and a sense of 'breath' to the scene.
